The Sage Capital Advisors team consists of professionals who are uniquely qualified to provide financial services expertise due to their years of experience and customer-first focus.

Diana Blair, Partner
Diana has been in the financial services industry since 1994, providing financial guidance and management for affluent individuals, business owners, institutions, tribal entities and charitable organizations. Prior to co-founding Sage Capital Advisors, she was a Vice President at a large national bank. Diana has helped hundreds of clients design their financial futures and she's worked with the Native American community since 2001, teaching and developing programs to assist in the financial education and economic advancement of tribal communities.

Diana is Treasurer of the CNEOF (CA Entrepreneurial Fund) Board of Directors and a member of the Partnership for Philanthropy and Planning, the San Diego Women's Foundation, and the San Diego chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She also sits on the Chugach Region Community Loan Fund Steering Committee, and often represents the firm at the Native American Finance Officers Association.

Matt Johnson, CFA�-Partner
Matt, a Chartered Financial Analyst, has been in the financial services industry since 1995. His education, management style, research ability, and analytical approach to investment management provide Sage Capital Advisors with the ability to prepare in-house research, blending the art and science of investment management.

Matt was previously employed with a large national bank as a Portfolio Manager, managing assets for high-net worth individuals, institutions and charities. He attended the University of South Dakota, where he earned his B.S. in business administration, with an emphasis on finance.

Carl Rustin, Business Development Vice President
Carl put his leadership, strategic planning, and tactical execution skills to work in the corporate world, first as a non-profit fundraiser and subsequently as a wealth management consultant at a large national bank. His experience helping individuals build, preserve and transfer wealth serves him well as he promotes Sage Capital Advisors, as does his focus on making a difference in others' lives.

A native of Washington, D.C., Carl earned an AA in journalism from Southeast Nebraska Jr. College and a BA in communications and sociology from Denver's Regis College. His community service has included serving on the San Diego Probation Board, San Diego Padres Community Advisory Board, Martin Luther King Jr. Foundation Board, Community Solutions Board, San Diego Food Bank Board, and Midway Task Force Board.

Jan Ozenbaugh, Client Service Manager
Jan has been in the financial services industry since 1986, when she began her career as a teller with First Interstate Bank. She moved to the Private Client Trust Group in 1995, completing Cannon Trust training and working with the Regional Trust Manager and Regional Manager to support the non-profit community. Jan is a member of the San Diego Planned Giving Round Table and Women's Networking Group, and she sits on the boards of the Poway (CA) Boy Scouts and the Friends of the Poway High Foundation.

Jeremy Lund, Operations Manager
Jeremy has been involved in system and information technologies with engineering companies since 2007. His responsibilities include coordinating and directing networking, information technologies, Web development and systems solutions. Jeremy attended St. Cloud State University, where he studied computer science and engineering.
